3DWines UK Wine Club in Monte Chiaro 2018

27.10.2018 || Comments

Here at Monte Chiaro, we have the pleasure to receive twice a year the members of 3DWines Wine Club from England. This time, after a visit of the estate blessed by autumn’s sun, we have decided to share a fresh-cooked and homemade lunch accompanied by our organic wines in La Torre, one of our typical Tuscan villas! Starting in the family chapel, our little group went to the garden of the villa enjoying the view of Siena and the estate’s history presented by Alessandro to, then, finish by the winery where our winemaker, Giovanni, introduced our winemaking philosophy.

For the occasion, Monte Chiaro’s team made a risotto with gorgonzola, but, the most incredible meal was the lamb … slowly cooked for several hours in an ancient oven. And then, as a dessert, and to finish on a high note, we enjoyed a wonderful raspberry cheesecake made by Lucia!

During the lunch, our passionate Sommelier Seila had the pleasure to present our Arteliquida Bianco (Viognier, Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia Bianca), Arteliquida Rosso (100 % Malvasia Nera), AD345 Chianti Colli Senesi Riserva (100 % Sangiovese) and our AD345 Vinsanto.

This was a wonderful moment that we had, sharing our common passion about wines! We look forward to welcome you again in Monte Chiaro!
