COOKING TRUFFLE EXPERIENCE HUNT & COOK your truffle! Special cooking class dedicated to truffle. After a long walking in the Tuscan forest with the truffle hunter and his dog you can experience an unique truffle cooking school followed by a lunch based on fresh truffle. All the courses are paired with our organic wines by our best Sommelier. Schedule: 8.00 a.m. meeting and briefing at the Estate; 8.30 a.m. truffle walking in the forest with the truffle hunter and his dog; 11.00 a.m. starting of cooking class We twill prepare together fresh tagliatelle with truffle , tagliata with truffle and "tartufini al cioccolato" for dessert. 12.00 p.m. full truffle lunch with Monte Chiaro wines included. Since June to September, due to the high temperature, the hunting is available only at 8 am. The availability of this experience is subject to the availability of the guide and the health of the dogs. The guide may change the day due to either temperature reasons or atmospheric conditions Your car is necessar to reach the forest. CACCIA E CUCINA IL TARTUFO! Impara come cucinare il tartufo fresco dagli antipasti ai dolci. Caccia al tartufo nel bosco in compagnia del tartufaio e il suo cane, con a seguire una speciale scuola di cucina dedicata al tartufo fresco. Alla fine i piatti gourmet saranno abbinati dai nostri Sommelier, ai vini biologici della Tenuta di Monte Chiaro Programma: 8.00 a.m. incontro e introduzione alla caccia davanti alla Villa di Monte Chiaro (portone n.3); 8.15 a.m. caccia nel bosco con tartufaio e il suo cane, con spiegazione dell’addestramento e raccolta dei tartufi scavati; 10.30 a.m Scuola di cucina Preparazione di tagliatelle fresche con tartufo, tagliata con scaglie di tartufo, e tartufini al cioccolato per dessert 12.00 a.m. pranzo tutto tartufo con vini biologici di Monte Chiaro abbinati dal nostro Sommelier professionale.
