Special cooking class dedicated to truffle. After a long walking in the Tuscan forest with the truffle hunter and his dog you can experience an unique truffle cooking school followed by a lunch based on fresh truffle. All the courses are paired with our organic wines Sselected by our Sommelier. Schedule: 10.00 a.m. meeting and briefing at the Estate; 10.10 a.m. truffle walking in the forest with the truffle hunter and his dog; 11.30 a.m. starting of cooking class We twill prepare together typical food as fresh tagliatelle with truffle , tagliata with truffle and truffle chocolate for dessert, depend on the avaibility 12.30 p.m. full truffle lunch with Monte Chiaro wines included.
