TRUFFLE HUNTING Are you truffle lovers and would you like to go hunting truffle in Tuscany with a local truffle hunter and his dog?Walking in the beautiful natural environments of the Tuscan woods, you guide and truffle expert will tell you the different tree species and the ideal ecosystem for truffle growth, as well as the differences in between black and white truffles and all the other varieties. Sniffing through the woods of Tuscany, the truffle-hunting dog will search the precious tubers and once the dog will start digging, the expert hunter will rapidly stop the dog, and will gingerly explore further into the ground, for then remove the hidden treasure. The truffle hunt lasts approximately 1.5 hours - Ideal schedule: 09.30 a.m. (or 3.00 p.m.) meeting and briefing in front of Monte Chiaro Villa (orange door n.12); 09.45 a.m. (3.15 p.m.) truffle walking in the forest with the truffle hunter and his dog; CACCIA AL TARTUFO Siete amanti del tartufo e vorreste andare alla caccia del tartufo in Toscana con un cercatore di tartufi locale e il suo cane? Camminando nei bellissimi ambienti naturali dei boschi toscani, la vostra guida esperta di tartufi vi parlerà delle diverse specie di alberi e dell'ecosistema ideale per la crescita dei tartufi, nonché delle differenze tra i tartufi neri e bianchi e tutte le altre varietà. Annusando per i boschi della Toscana, il cane addestrato cercherà i preziosi tuberi e una volta che il cane inizierà a scavare, l'esperto cacciatore lo fermerà rapidamente e esplorerà con attenzione ulteriormente nel terreno per poi rimuovere il tesoro nascosto. La caccia dura circa 1,5 ore - Programma ideale: 09.30 a.m. (or 3.00 p.m.) incontro e introduzione alla caccia davanti alla Villa di Monte Chiaro (portone n.12); 09.45 a.m. (3.15 p.m.) caccia nel bosco con tartufaio e il suo cane, con spiegazione dell’addestramento e raccolta dei tartufi scavati;
