TRUFFLE HUNTING & WINE TASTING This experience has been designed to meet a real truffle hunter and explore the flavors of our winery. Arteliquida Bianco and Rosso, thanks to their complexity and amazing balance, are both great pairings with truffle based recipes. Schedule: 09.30 a.m. (or 3.00 p.m.) meeting and briefing in front of Monte Chiaro Villa (orange door n.12); 09.45 a.m. (3.15 p.m.) truffle walking in the forest with the truffle hunter and his dog; 11.00 a.m. (4.30 p.m.) Truffle and Wine tasting at our Estate with professional Sommelier Possibility to buy our wines (we ship worldwide) and truffles. CACCIA AL TARTUFO E DEGUSTAZIONE Caccia e impara ad abbinare vino e tartufo! Con questa esperienza sarà possibile incontrare un vero tartufaio ed imparare l’arte dell’abbinamento vino-tartufo. Arteliquida Bianco e Rosso, grazie alla loro complessità e al sorprendente equilibrio, sono entrambi ottimi abbinamenti per ricette a base di tartufo bianco e nero. Programma: 09.30 a.m. (or 3.00 p.m.) incontro e introduzione alla caccia davanti alla Villa di Monte Chiaro (portone n.12); 09.45 a.m. (3.15 p.m.) caccia nel bosco con tartufaio e il suo cane, con spiegazione dell’addestramento e raccolta dei tartufi scavati; 11.00 a.m. (4.30 p.m.) Degustazione di vini e tartufo con abbinamento condotto da un Sommelier professionale Possibilità di spedizione vini e prodotti al tartufo in tutto il mondo.
