You will learn the secrets of making the perfect tiramisu, knocchi or pasta. In our exclusive cooking class, we will guide you through the entire process of crafting Tagliatelle or Pici, a delicate and delicious pasta that embodies the essence of Tuscany, using the historic pasta machine Nonna Papera (Grandma Duck). From mixing the dough with the finest flour to rolling and cutting it into thin, elegant strands, you'll acquire the skills to create this authentic delicacy. Our pasta classes offer more than just mastering pasta-making. They provide insight into the rich cultural heritage of the region, connecting you to centuries of tradition and innovation. Through hands-on demonstrations and expert guidance, you'll understand the unique ingredients, techniques, and stories behind Tuscan pasta. Making authentic fresh pasta holds a magical allure. Kneading the dough, feeling its texture transform, connects you to centuries-old traditions. The simple blend of flour, eggs, and salt has the power to create culinary wonders.
