TRUFFLE HUNTING & WINE TASTING This experience has been designed to meet a real truffle hunter and explore the flavors of our winery. Arteliquida Bianco and Rosso, thanks to their complexity and amazing balance, are both great pairings with truffle based recipes. Schedule: 08.00 a.m. meeting and briefing in front of Monte Chiaro Villa (orange door n.12); 08.30 a.m. truffle walking in the forest with the truffle hunter and his dog; 11.00 a.m. Truffle and Wine tasting at our Estate with professional Sommelier (in case of hunting at 6 pm the tasting is organized before than the hunt at 4 pm) IMPORTANT - Due to the hot temperature to June to September the hunt have to be at 8 am or 6pm. if you book for a different hours the experience is not assured. The days of the hunting are decided by the hunter according to assure the perfect health of the dogs. One proper car is necessar to reach the forest. CACCIA AL TARTUFO E DEGUSTAZIONE Caccia e impara ad abbinare vino e tartufo! Con questa esperienza sarà possibile incontrare un vero tartufaio ed imparare l’arte dell’abbinamento vino-tartufo. Arteliquida Bianco e Rosso, grazie alla loro complessità e al sorprendente equilibrio, sono entrambi ottimi abbinamenti per ricette a base di tartufo bianco e nero. Programma: 08.00 a.m. incontro e introduzione alla caccia davanti alla Villa di Monte Chiaro (portone n.12); 08.30 a.m. caccia nel bosco con tartufaio e il suo cane, con spiegazione dell’addestramento e raccolta dei tartufi scavati; 11.00 a.m. Degustazione di vini con abbinamenti condotto da un Sommelier professionale che spiegherà come abbinare i tartufi ai nostri vini biologici (il tasting potrà essere organizzato prima della caccia, secondo le disposizioni del tartufaio) IMPORTANTE - A causa delle alte temperature da giugno a settembre, la caccia deve svolgersi alle 8:00 o alle 18:00. Se prenoti per orari diversi, l'esperienza non è garantita. I giorni della caccia sono decisi dalla guida per garantire la perfetta salute dei cani. È necessaria un'auto propria per raggiungere la foresta.
