Service Description
TRUFFLE HUNTING & WINE TASTING ( Sessions start from Min 2 persons) This experience has been designed to meet a real truffle hunter and explore the flavors of our winery. Arteliquida Bianco and Rosso, thanks to their complexity and amazing balance, are both great pairings with truffle based recipes. Schedule: Meeting and briefing in front of Monte Chiaro Villa (orange door n.12); Truffle walking in the forest with the truffle hunter and his dog; Wine tasting at our Estate with professional Sommelier (The hour of the tasting is determinated by the seasonality of the hunting) IMPORTANT - Due to the hot temperatures from June to September, the hunt has to take place at 8 am or 6 pm. Therefore, the tasting must be adapted to the truffle timing. The timing of the hunts is decided by the hunter to ensure the perfect conditions for the animals. A suitable car is necessary to reach the forest. CACCIA AL TARTUFO E DEGUSTAZIONE DI VINI BIOLOGICI Caccia e impara ad abbinare vino e tartufo! Con questa esperienza sarà possibile incontrare un vero tartufaio ed imparare l’arte dell’abbinamento vino-tartufo. Arteliquida Bianco e Rosso, grazie alla loro complessità e al sorprendente equilibrio, sono entrambi ottimi abbinamenti per ricette a base di tartufo bianco e nero. Programma: Incontro e introduzione alla caccia davanti alla Villa di Monte Chiaro (portone n.12); Reggiungimento della tartufaia inn 15 min e inizio caccia nel bosco con tartufaio e il suo cane, con spiegazione dell’addestramento e raccolta dei tartufi scavati; Ritorno alla cantina e degustazione di vini con abbinamenti condotto da un Sommelier professionale che spiegherà come abbinare i tartufi ai nostri vini biologici (il tasting potrà essere organizzato prima della caccia, secondo le disposizioni del tartufaio) IMPORTANTE - A causa delle alte temperature da giugno a settembre, la caccia deve svolgersi alle 8:00 o alle 18:00. Se prenoti per orari diversi, l'esperienza non è garantita. I giorni della caccia sono decisi dalla guida per garantire la perfetta salute dei cani. È necessaria un'auto propria per raggiungere la foresta.
